A changelog Discord card keeps one URL while the notes change. Discord caches previews for about 30 minutes, then fetches the updated HTML and component-embed JSON from the same slug.

Write markdown-ish notes in the description: bullets, a version number, a download button. Re-import the source URL if the OG image changed; your CTAs stay put.
Do not use this for second-by-second scores. Use it for “Patch 2.4 is live”, “sold out”, or “office hours moved to Friday”.
